PX Cortex — legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms
This website, pxcortex.com (the “Site”), is operated by Intechnic Corporation (“Intechnic”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). PX Cortex™ is a product of Intechnic Corporation. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy govern your use of the Site, including its interactive demonstrations.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Starting an interactive demonstration, for example a voice or video conversation, after being shown notice of these Terms likewise constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Use of the PX Cortex platform itself, the commercial product, is governed by separate written agreements between Intechnic Corporation and its customers, not by these Terms.
2. What the Site is for
The Site presents the PX Cortex platform and lets you try guided, interactive demonstrations, including voice and video conversations with AI assistants and AI-generated “digital twin” personas. The Site is a marketing and demonstration experience. It is not the PX Cortex product itself, and nothing on the Site creates a subscription, license, or service relationship.
3. Demo content is illustrative
The demonstrations, including answers from AI assistants, digital twin personas, sample data, simulations, and “receipts”, are illustrative only. They are generated by artificial intelligence for demonstration purposes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fictional.
The AI assistants and personas you interact with are artificial intelligence systems, not humans. Every persona shown in the demos is a synthetic character. This includes personas presented as physicians, nurses, other healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, financial analysts, and executives. No real person stands behind any persona, no persona speaks for any real person, and nothing a persona says is the statement, opinion, experience, or endorsement of any real individual. Names, credentials, affiliations, and biographical details attached to a persona are invented for demonstration and do not refer to any real person, living or dead. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended.
- Nothing on the Site is professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
- Do not rely on demo output for any decision.
- Product capabilities shown in demos are illustrative and may differ from the commercial product.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site and its interactive demos, you agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, probe, or overload the Site, its AI systems, or its infrastructure (including attempts to bypass session limits or rate limits);
- use prompt injection, automated prompt manipulation, system prompt elicitation, or any other method designed to extract or reconstruct the proprietary methodologies, configurations, or internal instructions behind the demos;
- submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others;
- submit the categories of information described in Section 5 as information you must not submit;
- record, scrape, or redistribute demo conversations in a way that misrepresents them as statements of real people or as product commitments;
- use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Site or its demos;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Interactive demos are subject to fair-use limits, for example daily session caps and a maximum length per session. We may suspend or limit access at our discretion.
5. Your submissions and feedback
When you submit the demo-request form, you grant us the right to use the information you provide to respond to you and to communicate with you about PX Cortex, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you take part in a demo conversation, you grant us the right to use that conversation to operate the demo, to review and improve its quality, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the Site or its demos. The demos are a public marketing experience, not a secure or regulated environment, and what you say or type is processed by third-party AI providers. In particular, you must not submit:
- protected health information, patient-identifying information, or any information about an identifiable patient, and you should not describe your own health or medical history;
- adverse event reports, product complaints, medication errors, or other pharmacovigilance information. The Site is not a channel for reporting adverse events or product complaints. If you need to report one, use the reporting channel of the company that markets the product, or the appropriate regulatory authority;
- your employer’s or a client’s confidential or trade-secret information;
- personal information about another person that you are not authorized to share;
- login credentials, financial account details, government identification numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about PX Cortex or the Site, you grant Intechnic Corporation a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any lawful purpose, without compensation or attribution.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, animations, software, and the PX Cortex™ name and marks, are the property of Intechnic Corporation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. United States patents pending. You may view the Site and use it to evaluate PX Cortex, for yourself or on behalf of your organization. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish, or distribute Site content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Intechnic Corporation’s intellectual property.
7. Third-party services
The interactive demos are powered in part by third-party providers, for example conversational-AI and avatar-streaming services. Their availability is not guaranteed, and demo features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. The providers we use and how they handle your information are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS DEMOS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTECHNIC CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DEMO OUTPUT; WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; AND WARRANTIES THAT ANY DEMO SIMULATION REFLECTS OR PREDICTS THE BEHAVIOR, OPINIONS, OR RESPONSES OF ANY REAL INDIVIDUAL OR POPULATION.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE EXCLUSIONS ABOVE APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTECHNIC CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS DEMOS, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Because the Site is provided free of charge, Intechnic Corporation’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site and these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. The limitations in this section are an essential element of the agreement under which the Site is made available without charge.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intechnic Corporation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; content you submit through the Site or its demos, including any information you submit in breach of Section 5; or your misrepresentation of demo outputs as the actual statements, opinions, or endorsements of real individuals.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Site or its demos at any time, with or without cause. Sections 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive any termination of these Terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual-property infringement or other irreparable harm.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13. General provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Intechnic Corporation regarding the Site. We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms here before the change takes effect. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party service providers. These Terms create no rights in any third party.
